CloudClaw Platform | Version 1.1 | Effective Date: March 1, 2026
By accessing or using the CloudClaw platform (“Service”), operated by Magic Life LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and resellers.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining credentials security and for all account activity. Report unauthorized use to security@mycloudclaw.com.
The Service is not available in countries subject to US export controls or sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk). Access from blocked locations returns HTTP 451.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as stated below or required by law.
Crypto payments via Coinbase Commerce are non-refundable due to blockchain irreversibility. No chargebacks. Exchange rate locked at payment initiation.
Our IP: CloudClaw platform technology is owned by Magic Life LLC. Your IP: You retain ownership of your data, content, and agent configurations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDCLAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100.
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Data retained 30 days post-termination for export.
We may terminate accounts immediately (0-day notice) for fraud, rate limit circumvention, illegal content distribution, or immediate security risks.
EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from purchase. If you use the Service during this period, withdrawal rights are proportionally reduced. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under EU law.
Governed by Florida law, USA. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida. EU residents may also bring proceedings in their country of residence; mandatory EU consumer protection laws apply.
Material changes communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
