1. AI Output Disclaimer

CloudClaw is an AI agent hosting platform. AI agents generate outputs using third-party large language models. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations
AI agents do not possess human judgment and may produce unexpected responses
Output quality depends on the underlying models, prompts, and configuration
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content

2. No Professional Advice

Nothing on CloudClaw or generated by AI agents deployed on it constitutes:

Financial advice — not investment advice or trading recommendations. Consult a licensed financial advisor.
Legal advice — not legal counsel. Consult a licensed attorney.
Medical advice — not medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Consult a healthcare professional.
Tax advice — not tax planning or compliance guidance. Consult a tax professional.

3. Third-Party Integrations

CloudClaw supports 80+ third-party connectors. Regarding these integrations:

CloudClaw is not responsible for the availability or security of third-party services
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies
Data sent via connectors is subject to those services’ data handling practices
BYOK integrations use your API keys and are subject to the provider’s terms

4. Uptime and Availability

CloudClaw is provided on a best-effort basis:

The Starter (free) plan has no uptime SLA
Paid plans target 99.9% uptime but this is a target, not a guarantee
Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions (48-hour advance notice when possible)
CloudClaw is not liable for losses resulting from downtime

5. Data Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data processed or stored on the platform. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
